- Timeframe: Exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition. We cannot accept products that have been altered, stained, or have perfume odors.
- Documentation: Please include the original tags, packaging, and invoice/receipt to ensure a smooth exchange process.
- Order Issues: If you experience a sizing issue or receive a wrong or damaged product, contact our customer care team immediately.
- Shipping Charges: Customers are responsible for the standard exchange delivery fees. However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged item, Dhongerbakso will cover all return shipping costs.
- Color Variations: Product colors may vary slightly due to photography lighting or individual screen settings. Exchanges are not applicable for minor color differences.
